PBD Custom Homes is a limited edition design/build company specializing in building superior, fully custom homes in Dallas/Fort Worth since 1998.
As a custom home builder and remodeler, our purpose is to create for our customers a seamless, efficient, and rewarding experience through all phases of the custom building process. Because our focus is fully on our customers we limit the number of homes we build to ensure complete attention is given to our customers and their homes. It is an awesome responsibility to build your next home and it is not taken lightly!
We start with the end in mind in building or remodeling your home to ensure the best results are achieved through each phase of construction. Through our consultative approach we develop the plans, specifications, and budget so each work together to accomplish a home that is built on time, on budget, with the form and function desired. HOME SITE EVALUATION
We are highly skilled in maximizing the use of your home site. There is nothing more disheartening when building your custom home to find out your home site will not accommodate the home you want to build. That is why we meet at the home site before any other steps are taken. Whether it is undulating, sloping, rocky, or heavily treed, we have built on very challenging home sites and have achieved great results. If you have not selected a home site, please allow us to provide you a no obligation home site evaluation before deciding on where your custom home will be built.
PLANS/DETAILS/BUDGET
The best results start with a great plan based on your goals for details and budget. That is why we will design your home with your goals for form and functionality using a recognized, award winning plan designer/architect. Designing your home is a face to face, layered process from preliminary plans to final construction drawings. This is done to ensure every detail is captured and reflects your dreams for your custom home while maintaining your details and budget goals.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
The construction of your custom home is a dynamic business transaction. Because of this, we manage the building of your home with the care and attention it deserves.
